The quote should identify the motor, controls, power arrangement, mounting, and any separate electrical work. We show you how to use the installed covering.
1-year limited motor warranty
Hi Design motors carry a 1-year limited warranty; blinds carry a 10-year limited warranty. Ask for the written terms and care instructions for your order.

Will the motor need charging?
Rechargeable models need charging. Hi Design also offers 110V and solar-powered options. We explain the requirements and access needed for the selected system.
Can I use my existing smart-home system?
Compatibility must be checked against the exact motor, hub, and smart-home system before ordering.
Can existing blinds be motorized?
Send photos and any product labels. Retrofitting depends on the existing covering and hardware and needs assessment.
